Refund Policy
At trunkstory, we accept returns only in case you receive a damaged product from our end. To ensure the right size, please refer to the size charts (with ready product measurements) as once the product is made, we cannot accept returns for size changes. To initiate a return, kindly contact us at hello@trunkstory.com with relevant imagery and information about your order, and we will process an exchange or refund after examining the provided details.
Please be aware of our 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return; otherwise, we will assume you received the product in good condition and accepted it.
For a successful return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
For sizing, please refer to our sizing charts as many trunkstory products are oversized and androgynous. Once ordered, exchanges for size will not be facilitated. For any inquiries or further sizing information, feel free to contact us at hello@trunkstory.com
Damages and issuesÂ
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you come across any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. This way, we can assess the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify it. Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
RefundsÂ
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. However, please keep in mind that the refund process may take some time as it is subject to your bank or credit card company's processing and posting timeline.
